Saturday 27th I had half an hour on exercise machines and then walked twice round Strathclyde Park about 9 miles in around 2 hours. Heard on Monday that Paul went to the pub.
Sunday 28th, I could hardly walk, legs were aching, Paul could hardly walk either, head aching!
